What you get
Churn analysis
Your baseline from your own member data: members 90 days ago, members today, and who cancelled. Your monthly churn rate, when members tend to leave, and who looks at risk right now.
Three-play retention system
Three retention plays built for your venue: who to contact, when to reach them, and what to say.
Written deliverable
Your numbers and your plays in one written report, reviewed with you at the close of week two. It’s yours to keep.
Baseline
We pull your member export and measure where members are leaving.
Build and hand over
We build your three plays and walk you through the written deliverable.
What we need from you: an export from your member software and a short kickoff conversation.
Built for owner-run venues with members
A good fit if you…
- Own and run one to three locations
- Sell monthly or annual memberships
- Can export your member list and cancellations
- Are in Round Rock, Austin, Cedar Park, Georgetown or Pflugerville
Probably not a fit if you…
- Only sell drop-in visits or one-time bookings
- Don’t keep member records you can export
- Only want ads, social posts or a new website
Questions about the audit
- Do I have to sign a retainer after the audit?
- No. The audit is a fixed-fee, two-week engagement and the deliverable is yours. If the numbers make the case for ongoing help, we’ll show you which level fits.
- What do you need from us?
- An export from your member management software (active members, cancellations, and visit history if you track it) and a short kickoff conversation. We handle the rest.
- What if our member data is messy?
- We work from the export you have. If something’s missing, we’ll tell you in week one.
